Upper Floor
The upper floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, and gas stove.
From the kitchen, you enter the dining and living area, which opens through sliding doors onto a spacious balcony with several seating areas.
From the balcony, you can access the rooftop terrace, where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the salt lakes and the sea — perfect for a glass of wine at sunset.
The master bedroom (bedroom 1) has large windows overlooking the sunset, ample wardrobe space, and a comfortable sofa bed for two additional guests. An ensuite bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds (which can be joined into a double), built-in wardrobes, and direct access to a large bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, and sink.
Bedroom 3 features a single bed and built-in wardrobe — ideal for a child or an extra guest.
Lower Floor
The lower floor is currently not rented out, except for access to the garden, laundry room, and toilet.
The laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, drying racks, iron, and ironing board. The separate toilet is accessible directly from the garden — perfect for a quick stop while enjoying a swim.
The Garden
The property covers nearly one hectare, offering complete privacy and tranquility. The spacious garden features a large, recently renovated pool (8 x 4 meters) surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.
For extra comfort, there is a 6 x 3 meter pergola that can be closed off for additional shade and/or privacy. You’ll also find a pool table, dartboard, and a variety of Mediterranean plants — including lemon and orange trees — adding to that authentic Spanish holiday atmosphere.

Final cleaning fee: €100

Airport transfer: €60 per trip
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Due to the location of the villa, a car is recommended.
This property is offered with shared pool access. The lower floor is permanently rented out. From the end of June until the beginning of September, the lower floor remains unoccupiedand you have the entire property to yourself.
